10 ways to start loving yourself the way you deserve to be loved

1) Find time to sit quietly and notice what is around you and within you.

2) Engage in some form of physical activity - benefits are enormous for your health and wellness. Simply walking is a fantastic activity for mental and physical health.

3) Forgive someone you are angry at; remaining angry and not forgiving keeps you hostage rather then set you free.

4) Tell one person something nice about them each day.

5) Eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies every day.

6) Learn to listen by not talking. Appreciate the slogan WAIT - why am i talking?

7) Hug a family member once a day.

8) Spend at least 5 minutes a day outside.

9) Affirm one strength of your own each day for one month - write it down.

10) Plan at least one vacation this summer where you leave your home for at least one night.
